This diversity can be used to generate employment, increase the income and ensure the food and nutritional security by promoting advanced aquaculture practices and associated avenues of employment. Further, the requirement of local demand for the fish can be met and the state can aim for fish surplus region and sell to neighboring states. Aquaculture and its allied activities can create a lot of employment. The sole requirement for it is the training and demonstration to youth and making them ready for entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurs have the major role to play for creating employment opportunity for youth.
